Price
How much will my clean cost?
One fixed price, agreed before we start. It's based on the type of clean, the size of your home and its condition, and the price you agree is the price you pay. Our rates are affordable and competitive, and the quote is free.
Is there any obligation?
None at all. Getting a quote is free. You only book if you're happy with the price.
Can I send photos?
Yes, and it helps. A few quick phone photos of the rooms, the oven or anything you're worried about let us give you an accurate fixed price. Just add them to the WhatsApp chat.
Booking
When can you come?
Monday to Sunday. We work around you, so tell us the day that suits you in step 3 of the quote and we'll confirm it when we send your price.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave a key or a lockbox code, just tell us in step 4. For hoarder cleans we usually start with a short visit together so we understand what matters to you.
Can I arrange a clean for someone else?
Yes. Whether it's a relative's home, a rental you manage or a property you're moving out of, we're calm, discreet and never judge. For hoarder cleans we agree what stays and what goes before anything is removed.
After the clean
What if something's been missed?
We walk round with you at the end so you can check every room. If you spot anything within 48 hours, tell us and we'll come back to put it right, free of charge.
Who will I be dealing with?
A real person, not a call centre. You message us directly, and we reply to you directly.
